Furthermore, Rob has been able to provide sympathetic designs and layouts for our 200-year-old converted cow shed (permitted development rights removed), that has enhanced the property and allowed us to sympathetically develop the property to a very high standard home. Rob provides professional CAD drawings of our property and all the supporting documents necessary for the planning application. Rob will liaise with the relevant Planning Department as required, and we can safely say that we have always secured the planning we have required with no amendments by the planners.
